Recipients

Your data may be disclosed to the controller’s staff and co-workers bound to comply with applicable law, and to providers acting as processors solely on the controller’s instructions under a data-processing agreement. Data may also be disclosed to authorities entitled to it under applicable law.

Retention

Your data is processed until your enquiry has been dealt with or until any potential claims have expired. Processing does not involve automated decision-making or profiling.

You have the right to: access and rectify your data; have it erased; restrict its processing; data portability; and to object to its processing.
